Rachel Norman is a family life coach specializing in routines and family practices. She’s a Language of ListeningⓇ parent coach, certified sleep consultant, author of the books If Mama Ain’t Happy and Precious In His Sight, and mother of 5 kids in 5 years (no multiples) and founder of Mother U and Life School At Home.

What started out as online musings (a decade ago!) quickly grew into a website and social channels reaching millions of women annually, tens of thousands of customers, and hundreds of women personally mentored to help them go from burnout and chaos to the best version of their families.
